Welcome to Perfumez. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website theperfumez.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from us. By accessing or using the Site, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Interpretation & Definitions

1.1 Interpretation

  • Words with capitalized first letters have defined meanings (see below).
  • Singular terms include the plural, and vice versa, unless context requires otherwise.

1.2 Definitions

  • “Buyer,” “Customer,” or “You”: the person or entity placing an order via the Site.
  • “Product(s)”: the perfumes, fragrance oils, samples, or other items available for sale on the Site.
  • “Order”: a request by you to purchase Products via the Site.
  • “Order Confirmation”: our electronic confirmation (by email) that we have accepted your Order.

2. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
  • Payment must be made at the time of order via the payment methods offered on the Site.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any change will not affect Orders already confirmed (unless confirmed erroneously).

3.3 Shipping

  • We ship to U.S. addresses only (unless otherwise stated).
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be clearly displayed at checkout.
  • Risk of loss on the Products passes to you upon delivery (i.e., when the carrier delivers the parcel).

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • For defective or incorrect Products, you must notify us within a reasonable timeframe (as per our Policy) so we can address the issue.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that are opened, used, or damaged unless they are faulty.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

11. Miscellaneous

11.2 Waiver
